Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • International Shipping: Currently available to select countries. Customs fees or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your skin — and your Dermajuv experience.

All Dermajuv products come with our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping fees).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at service@dermajuv.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Once received, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

To qualify for a refund, products must be returned with at least half of the contents remaining. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact service@dermajuv.com immediately.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@dermajuv.com with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and select payment wallets.
All transactions are processed securely and encrypted for your protection.
